For the Houston-Galveston metro area, our standard consulting rate is $25 per 1/2 hour (rounded to the nearest half hour), with a minimum 1 hour ($50) charge for each service visit.
For follow up telephone consultations our rate is $20 per 1/2 hour (rounded to the nearest half hour), with a minimum 1/2 hour ($20) charge for each telephone consultation. Telephone consultation is only available to returning clients. Payment is due upon receipt of billing statement.
For service outside the Houston-Galveston metro area, reasonable travel expenses (transportation, lodging and meals) will be charged, with a minimum 1 day worth of travel expenses per service visit.
On-call retainer arrangements are available for small businesses that require long-term support.
Service hours are flexible to meet your schedule, buy appointment only.
Priority service visits or immediate telephone consultations are subject to a premium surcharge.
Payment is due at the end of the service visit. Checks or cash are accepted. Credit cards are not currently accepted, but may soon be an option.
